Old School

I visited the school (Mondrian Montessori School in Olongapo City) I used to attend in the Philippines back when I was in elementary school. It brought back memories seeing the wooden chairs and blackboards. Some of the rooms are now painted, and a high school has now been attached. The only thing really missing is the noise of school children. I passed by a river/canal and took some shots. There were several batches of tadpoles, but I failed to include them in the photos. Despite the sight and bad smell, people live under the bridge next to the canal. I also took a few shots in a tattered concrete building. Even though there exists slum areas such as this, not too far away are beautiful trees and provincial residences that are clean and refreshing, which I have also included shots of.
