Fusion Excel vs. Coconuter

david vs. goliathI have demanded from Fusion Excel that either 500,000 PHP be paid for the removal of the photos or 1,000,000 PHP be paid for the removal of both the article and the photos (as dictated in my e-mail below).

If you are new to the subject, please read these articles:
http://coconuter.blogspot.com/2010/04/quantum-pendant-fusion-excel-scam.html (also, note one of the pictures that shows a book in their office titled 'Guerrilla Multilevel Marketing.')

http://coconuter.blogspot.com/2010/03/quantum-pendant-mineral-science-mst.html

Considering they have boasted of their top sellers making more than half a million a month from selling these pendants at 9,000 pesos a pop (plus sales of accessories), this should be quite achievable. However, this remains a David vs. Goliath battle as I try to go up against this large international organization that extends to the elite--politicians, showbiz personalities, etc. It is perhaps highly unlikely that they will pay this sum of money.

However, should Fusion Excel do so--pay the aforementioned amount of money (though I highly doubt this will happen), I will place a vote on my blog to allow people to choose which charities to donate the funds to (here is a fairly comprehensive list of charities in the Philippines). So many people have been swindled by these scammers, but this is perhaps the only efficient way to recycle some of the money that was lost in the purchase of these useless products. This is perhaps also one way of countering the large wealth gap (one of the major problems in the Philippines) that I have mentioned several times in this blog.

In the meantime, if you want to help your fellow Filipinos, feel free to further spread word to and inform our countrymen about the Quantum Pendant scam or help out in other ways that you may see fit.

Mr. Coching,

My blog was done to inform the public and help our fellow Filipinos.

If you prefer, you may pay me 500,000 PHP to remove the pictures from the said post. Or you may pay me 1,000,000 PHP to remove the entire post (the articles and pictures). This should not be a problem for you, considering you told me that you earn more than half a million pesos per month.

But, if you would rather file a lawsuit, that is fine with me also. Your product is useless and your so-called business is a scam. It will not hurt me to further escalate awareness about such corruption.

David

YOu can see their faces by using their email and search them on facebook. They are not employees of the company. Just members. Members have no say with Fusionexcel International Phils. They're hust guilty freaks. It's a game of bluff.

They love hanging their pendant around their chest near their heart. With your post here, I guess you just pierced it.

They wont be bothering you. You called their bluff...

Let's play a game of Poker David

Whoa! I can't believe they're going to try to sue you. They don't really have a case anyway. It'll actually give you more publicity and hurt their own sales. Some regulatory board will probably step in at some point if they still make their claims -- something they can't have happen. I admire you wanting to donate to charity; but, I think that if they pay you, you should keep the money to fund your expenses. How else can we be able to live vicariously through your adventures?

Kung alam mo na tama ka... Ipaglaban mo..

Just reminding you that here in the Philippines (so sad) most of these Multilevel marketing is a legal way of earning money, but unfortunately some unscrupulous people use it to defraud others of their hard-earned money.

Multi level marketing here in the Philippines is considered legal...

I'll just pray for you David... Nangyari na sa akin ang mga ganitong issues before pa (2007) because of my blog posts ko pero hindi naman na itinuloy ng complainant kasi alam niya na tama ako.

God bless you David!

Thumbs up to you David .. I was really about to do some blogging regarding this until i found your post .. This kind of stuff was introduced to me like 2 months ago and from the moment they bullshit me with the sorcery crap, I know right away that this is stupid .. It hurts me the most that some of the people right now are imitating their methods, selling a clone of their products even demonstrating those stupid demos and also taking the identity as a fusion excel agent.. I was really happy that their are some people who will make a stand against this fraudulent marketing bullshit .. I am saddened how our country goes to any lengths for corruption .. Anyways, Thank you so much David you make us proud for being a true filipino.. GOD BLESS

well.. this is not only spreading in Philippines but like wildfire in Malaysia and Indonesia as well. Those scammers are targeting the poor and uneducated farmers and people living in the outskirts. Those victims are hoarded by the bus loads into a hall where some retired and probably good for nothing ex-sportsmen and celebrities gives a speech on the useless piece of SH*T and viola! instant members by the bus loads. I commend you for your blog, but something more has to be done to bring the conmen organisation down to its knees.

this scam is a highly professional money making machine using some silly believers all over the country to spread the products as something to highly believe in - we had the same before as pyramid sales or domino sales - companies like Avon, Tupperware were based on this. anyway the homepage of this company is full of proofs that this is a scam, if you just read and analyse it.
there is for instance a scientific report about this pendant which should proof the function of it. funny is that the inspection has been done based on 'building material', so not for the use on a human body. further reports are done by local car dealers which is not scientific at all.
Fusion Excel mention that they have a 'distribution center' in Shenzhen/China, same time they point out that the pendants/others products are not made in China, but in Japan or elsewehere. fact is that you cannot have a distribution center in China without having the production there.. this is not possible by chinese law. further the mentioned company 'Shenzhen Fusion Excel' is not existent in China, i checked this in China customs EDI system ! the company can anyway only exist as a joint venture of a chinese company, which brings us back to the production in China. so in fact the production is in China and the net buying price for a pendant is abt. USD 1/per pendant or less.. for the box and 'certificate' you have to add abt. USD 0,80/per box. so selling something to believers, as there is not scientific proof to be find at all, for USD 200-250, which is worth USD 2 max. is more than cheating and highly criminal.

hi..this quantum pendant is here in u.k now. i met this Mr.Anatalio Gregorio Coching. gave me this £520 to sell. 6 pendants..because my mother pushed me to meet him. I was schocked reading this articles. As i put my self in big responsibilities and a risk of loosing money :( i made a deal with him i will pay this £520 payable with in 1 month. until end of august. some people believes , some are not but i find it difficult to sell for £150 , one pendant only. so basically i only try showing this to my friend, and might just ended up giving them this as a original price (means i got no profit :( )...i am not a member yet but i am worried that i cant manage to sell this products. i put myself in a difficult situation?dont you think...i agreed to pay this amount £520.00 for 6 pendants hoping i will make a decent living as i am currently jobless and a single mum with kids.

To the atheists, God is a scam. To the romans, the jews, the scribes and pharisees; Jesus was a scam. To the Spanish bigots and the Damaso-kind of friars; Dr. Jose Rizal was a scam. And the guy who said that the world is round was accused as a heretic by those who would kill to defend their theory that the world is flat. And so on and so forth. And they did it all for a reason that's freakin' funny simple: TRUTH IS UNBELIEVABLE!

For Mr. Taggy who had long taken the quantum leap of faith by which he seem to have found a way to live a fantastic life with it, no explanation is necessary;
For Mr. David who is skeptically absent with it, no explanation is possible
