Wednesday, April 18, 2018For those who have been readers of the blog since close to the beginning, you may recall my good friend Simon. Well, I am proud to say that he now runs a flower shop business, and he named his business after what started our friendship--Coconuter.
Apart from flowers and floral arrangements, he also sells stuffed toys, bags, trinkets, and other handmade arts & crafts. Calligraphy and painting workshops are also available.
His shop is currently located in Quezon City within the University of the Philippines, Diliman campus along Laurel Ave. and Apacible. The rent there is a bit expensive, so he is considering relocating, but for now, the shop is at UP, so give them a visit!

I was curious at how you arrived at the name Coconuter. You mentioned here that Coconuter was what started your friendship with Simon, and was the inspiration for his flower shop's name. I noticed that you keep on mentioning Simon on some of your blog posts too. How are you related to him? What is your friendship like? How did you guys meet/know each other?
